Lord Provost of Edinburgh’s Fundraising Burns Supper In aid of the OneCity Trust
Arrival 6.30pm for prompt start at 7pm
Join The Rt. Hon. Lord Provost of the City of Edinburgh and special guests as they entertain you with a traditional Burns supper whilst raising funds for the OneCity Trust.
You will be welcomed with a glass of fizz, served a three-course meal with the finest Seasonal ingredients and half a bottle of wine per guest. Enjoy our spectacular line-up of speakers, hosted by Scottish football journalist and radio presenter, the charming Tam Cowan. Speakers include Peter C Brown, Provost of Fife, Jim Leishman MBE, Broadcaster, Lesley Riddoch and Roddy the Piper, with Burns Songs from duo Nicola Henderson and Jessica Conway.
An online and live auction with all funds raised in aid of the OneCity Trusts grant-making activities for 2025, will take place on the night.

The Italian Job IV

All Blacks legend Andrew Mehrtens will provide us with some rugby yarns and insight, led by Bill's grandson, former Scotland captain and our MC, Rory Lawson. There will be some fantastic musical entertainment to sing along to and get those napkins waving, whilst Prestonfield House will deliver a beautiful setting and delicious food and drink to wet your whistle!
The afternoon's primary focus is to raise significant funds to be shared equally between the two charities. This will help to continue the efforts of The Bill McLaren Foundation in Scotland and beyond, and to support Boroughmuir Rugby and Community Sports Club’s valuable contribution to their community in and around Edinburgh.

St Columba’s Hospice Care are bringing the glitz and glamour of Vegas to Prestonfield on Friday 28th February. Grant Stott will be our host for the evening and there will be entertainment from GAMTA and BLEEKER.
